Yo Then you simply choose one of the six special Santa Stationery and the pre-written letter of your choice. We will only collect the information needed to personalize the letter and get it shipped.  Then your letter is mailed to the recipient with a unique postmark from the North Pole.

When will my letter be delivered?
All letters take about 7-10 business days to complete and then to the USPS for shipping. Each of our letters is created one at a time to ensure quality and accuracy of the letter. As soon as the letter is completed it can be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS First Class International Mail if you are outside of the United States. Due to the seasonal nature of our service, the earlier you order your letter in the year the faster the design time. Our delivery time depends completely on the time it takes the U.S. Postal Service to deliver your letters. If you are inside the United States then First Class mail usually takes about 3-7 days.it Basically it takes 7 days to create your letter and then 7 days for the USPS to get the letter to you during the busy season for a total of 14 allowable days. This is why we stop taking orders on the 12th of December. International orders can take up to 14 days in shipment and customs. All International orders must be placed prior to December 12th.
